Terms of Service

1. Access

AeroSales is invite-only. By accepting an invite and creating a password, you agree to these terms. Accounts are personal — do not share your login, and do not send outreach through a connected mailbox that isn’t your own.

2. Acceptable use

• Use AeroSales only for legitimate sales and outreach activity on behalf of your organization.
• Don’t use it to send unsolicited bulk email in violation of applicable anti-spam law (e.g. CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
• Don’t attempt to access another tenant’s data or circumvent access controls.
• Don’t upload data you don’t have the right to process.

3. Your data

You and your organization retain ownership of the account, contact, and outreach data you put into AeroSales. We process it solely to provide the product, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Third-party services

Some features route through third-party providers you connect yourself — your own Google Workspace mailbox for sending, Apollo for enrichment, Gemini for AI-assisted suggestions. Your use of those providers is also subject to their own terms.

5. Availability

AeroSales is provided on an “as is” basis without warranty of any kind. We aim for high availability but don’t guarantee uninterrupted access.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AeroSales and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the product.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
